By using sozou.ai you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What’s on this site

Service descriptions, pricing approach, past work and research are general information, not a quote. Scope and pricing are tailored to each client’s own numbers, agreed once we’ve talked — see the Common Questions on our homepage.

Enquiries, bookings & comments

Sending us your details through the contact form, chat assistant or booking form doesn’t create a contract; that happens once we’ve talked and agreed a scope, in writing.

Comments on research posts are held for review before they publish. We don’t allow links, impersonation, or anything illegal, harassing or misleading, and we can decline or remove any comment. A comment is its author’s opinion, not ours.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code on this site are ours, or licensed to us, unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to link to it or quote a short passage with credit; reproducing it wholesale needs our permission — email hello@sozou.ai. Anything we build for you as part of an engagement is covered by your own agreement with us, not by these website terms.

No professional advice

Our research posts explain things in plain English so you can ask the right questions. They aren’t legal, tax or compliance advice for your specific situation — check with your own adviser before relying on anything here.

Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and similar are provided for convenience. We don’t control what’s on those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

Availability & liability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, with no guarantee the site or any AI assistant on it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of this site.

We may update these terms as the site changes; the current version always applies, and we’ll update the date at the top when we do.
