Sozou Book a call

Services

01 — Voice agents

It picks up
in their language.

A phone that rings out at 7pm on a Friday is a booking someone else took. The caller who would rather ask in their own language reaches a voicemail that doesn’t speak it, and leaves nothing behind — not even a number.

  • Answers in whatever language they ring in, even a mid-sentence switch
  • A hand-set no-answer divert from the number you already advertise
  • Transcript, recording and caller’s number in one inbox, not a docket

Handing a live caller to a person, and taking the order on the phone, can both be built.

02 — Chat & messaging

Every message,
one thread.

A question lands on the website at 9pm, a text arrives on Sunday, an email sits until Tuesday. None of it is lost, exactly — it is in three apps nobody has open, and nothing is answering it in the meantime.

  • Website chat, two-way SMS and email, one thread per customer
  • Answers from your live menu or stock, never a guessed price
  • Multilingual, and it reads the photo a customer sends

03 — E-commerce & ordering

Your shop,
on your own domain.

Everything between the photo and the receipt is yours — the menu or catalogue, the cart, the checkout, the delivery after it, the loyalty. Orders that went through a marketplace at up to 30% come straight to you instead.

  • Photo menu or catalogue, item options, counted pick-your-six trays
  • Two courier quotes side by side, the cheaper one preselected
  • Points, a ten-slot punch card and three tiers, off the bill

04 — Websites

A site that sells,
not just sits.

Most small-business sites are a brochure that states the hours and waits. At 9pm on a Friday the shop is shut and the site is the only thing still working — answering the question, taking the name, taking the order.

  • Every enquiry into a database you own, behind a bot check
  • Ordering and the assistant built in, answering in the customer’s language
  • Edit the record once; every page showing it follows

05 — Admin panels

The back office,
on one screen.

A spreadsheet, a platform dashboard and a notebook by the counter stop agreeing with each other. One panel replaces all three, at the desk and out on the floor.

  • Bookings, jobs or stock, quotes, documents and the numbers
  • Change a price in the panel; everything quoting it changes too
  • On the desktop; installs as an app on tablet or phone

06 — Mobile apps

Your name,
on their home screen.

An app with your name on it means the next order or booking starts on your own icon, not in someone else’s marketplace. Loyalty is built in, so a tenth visit earns something and the customer is yours to reach again.

  • Loyalty points that add up in your app, not a platform’s
  • Push straight to customers who already opted in
  • Ordering or booking in a tap, staff app on your panel

You can put it on the App Store and Google Play, or have customers install it straight from your website.

07 — Automation

The tedious middle, handled.

A price changes on Monday and your website still shows the old one on Thursday, because updating it is somebody’s job and that somebody was serving a customer. On a timer, the page changes on Monday.

  • A late photo republishes a page that already went live
  • Xero raises the invoice, Stripe takes the money, unsigned callbacks rejected
  • SMS gated to weekdays nine to six, with a STOP footer

What you get back is hours — the price updates, the invoices and the follow-ups happen without anyone stopping work to do them.

08 — Social media

Made, edited
and posted.

The last post on your feed is from March, because getting a photo worth posting, writing something to go with it and putting it up is an afternoon nobody has. That afternoon is the part you hand over.

  • Short videos from your own phone clips, cut, captioned and subtitled for you
  • Cropped, captioned, sized per channel, and yours to approve first
  • Scheduled onto Google Business Profile and Instagram from one queue

09 — Reviews

Every customer
gets asked.

Most happy customers would leave a review if someone asked them. Nobody does, so your Google page is written by the few who were annoyed enough to go looking.

  • A text after every visit or job, with a one-tap link to your Google page
  • A reply drafted for each new review, posted only when you approve it
  • Sent in business hours, and never to anyone who has opted out

10 — Follow-ups

The follow-up
that actually goes out.

The quote that went quiet, the check-up that’s overdue, the customer you haven’t seen in a year. Each one is a message away from a booking, and nobody has time to send it.

  • A friendly nudge a few days after a quote, with replies coming back to you
  • A reminder before each booking, with an easy way to confirm or cancel
  • Win-back messages when a check-up, service or renewal falls due

Follow-ups go by text and email, and only to customers who haven’t opted out.

11 — Found by AI

Ask AI who to call.
Are you the answer?

More customers now ask chatbots who to call, instead of scrolling a list. It answers from what it can read about you: your Google profile, your reviews, your website. If those are thin, it names someone else.

  • A check of what AI assistants say about you now, and who they suggest instead
  • Your Google profile, services and hours complete, and matching everywhere
  • Website pages that answer the questions customers actually ask

A place in an AI’s answer can’t be promised. What we improve is what these assistants read.

12 — AI setup & training

Your staff use AI.
Do they use it well?

Your staff are probably using ChatGPT already, on their own accounts, sometimes with customer details pasted in. A short setup and a few hands-on sessions turn that into time saved instead of a risk.

  • Hands-on sessions using your own emails, quotes and paperwork
  • A one-page AI policy: which tools to use, and what never gets pasted in
  • Privacy policy wording for decisions your software makes about people
