The terms

1What you get (the Service)

I build, host and run an AI booking website and 24/7 assistant for your business, plus everything listed in your chosen plan (the [plan] plan). The current plan inclusions are set out on the Sozou plans page and form part of this agreement.

2Free setup

There's no upfront or setup fee. I design, build and launch the site and assistant at my cost. Your subscription is how that's funded over time.

Card declined or cash-flow tight? No drama — it happens. Here's what follows, step by step:

6Cancellation — no lock-in

Either of us can cancel anytime by giving [7] days' notice — just let the other know. There are no exit fees. Billing stops at the end of your current paid month (no part-month refunds). On cancellation, your hosted website and AI assistant are switched off.

7What's yours, what's mine — and switching providers

If you ever move to another provider — no problem, and no exit fee. To keep the switch clean: I'll release your domain and point it wherever you want, and hand over your own content plus an export of your enquiry and booking data. The Sozou website build and AI system stay mine (licensed, not sold), so your new provider sets up their own — I won't transfer the Sozou site or assistant. I'll help with a reasonable handover at no charge; anything substantial (like rebuilding your site elsewhere) is quoted separately.

8Your part

You agree to give accurate business details, respond to reasonable requests for content or sign-off, keep your payment current, and use the service lawfully.

9My part

I'll build and host your site, keep the assistant running and maintained, and handle the updates included in your plan, with reasonable care and reasonable uptime.

10No guarantee of results

I provide the website, the booking assistant and the services in your plan. I can't and don't guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings or calls, or a particular Google ranking — those depend on many factors outside my control.

11Liability

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Sozou's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the previous [3] months, and Sozou is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.

12Your customers' data

I'll handle enquiry and booking information collected through your site in line with applicable privacy laws, and only use it to run your service. You're responsible for how you handle your customers' information after it reaches you.

13Changes to fees or terms

I may change the monthly fee or these terms by giving you [30] days' notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

14Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Victoria], Australia.

15The whole agreement

This document and your chosen plan's inclusions are the whole agreement between us, and replace any earlier discussions. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still stands.
